We are a business casual office environment, but you should wear what is most comfortable for you.
You may have a phone screening, followed up by an onsite or virtual interview.

Check the address, request a map of the building, make sure you have the name of the person you are supposed to meet, and, make sure you are willing to adhere to our Covid-19 protocols.
Make sure you are parked in the appropriate section of the building and arrive at the appropriate door. Our facilities are secured for the safety of our employee and program participants, and you will need to ring a doorbell to enter our building.
Google Meet or Zoom. Every now and then we like to change it up and may use Dial Pad or 3CX. For the most part it will be a Zoom or Google Meet platform. We suggest you familiarize yourself with the two platforms. You can do so by going to Youtube or clicking on this Google doc.
Yes, we have gender-neutral restrooms at all AYW office locations.
